Ronald Weissman: Ron is Chairman of the Angel Capital Association, North America’s principal organization for professional angel investors. He is the author of the ACA’s official courses on Early-Stage Boards of Directors and Managing and Mitigating Angel Investor Risks and has been an active member for the past sixteen years. Ron invests in AI, analytics, business software, and health IT systems. He spent seventeen years as a partner at Apax Partners, a global VC/PE firm, where he focused on technology investing and cross-border investing across Apax’s investment teams in the US, Europe, the UK, and Israel. Ron is also Chair of the Software Interest Group at the Band of Angels, Silicon Valley’s oldest angel group.
Katherine Hill Ritchie: Katherine has 22 years of finance and alternative investment experience in venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds. Katherine has worked for eight family offices and 4 Billionaires. Her work has expanded to advising companies and funds on their investments, due diligence, operations, fundraising, and strategy. Katherine is currently the senior director of venture funds at TEDCO, a board member and advisor at Nottingham Spirk Family Office, the investment committee for University Impact, and the head of the investment committee for Beyond Impact, Fund II. She is an early-stage Angel Investor, board member of Citrine Angels, and she likes to focus on female and diverse founders, sustainable blue and green technologies, and impact-related companies.
Martin Tobias: Martin Tobias is the Managing Partner and Founder of Incisive Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on investing in the first institutional round of technology companies that reduce friction at scale. Martin was previously at Accenture and Microsoft and is a former Venture Partner at Ignition Partners. Martin is a 3X venture-funded CEO raising over $500M as CEO with two IPOs who has also invested in hundreds of companies and is a limited partner in over a dozen VC funds.
