Don Megrath is a seasoned early-stage investor and advisor with a focus on impact and cleantech investments. He is Executive Director of Investors Circle, Co-Founder and Managing Director at VectorPoint Ventures, and a longtime member of Keiretsu Forum NW/Rockies, where he also served as Oregon Chapter President (2012–2024). Active since 1997, he moderates ACA’s cleantech syndication meetings and is a member of E8. Don has held senior roles in private and public firms, with expertise in financing and growth strategy. He holds MBA and BA degrees from George Fox University and is based in Portland, Oregon.
