Heather McCulloch is a senior fellow at the Aspen Institute’s Financial Security Program (Aspen FSP) and a national thought leader on gender economic equity. As an entrepreneur-in-residence with Aspen FSP (2022-2024), she founded and led Women in the Economy (WE), a project focused on designing a gender-equitable economy. With over two decades of experience, Heather has been a prominent advocate for closing racial and gender wealth gaps.
