ICF is developing a portfolio of Material Recovery Facilities that convert raw municipal solid waste into valuable bioenergy and recovered raw materials (metals, glass, and plastic). These plants provide next-generation climate friendly zero-waste-to-landfill treatment capacity for municipal garbage that would otherwise have been landfilled or incinerated.
