Norman is an experienced leader, entrepreneur and an active angel investor. He founded and successfully sold two companies—one a financial advisory firm and the other a software SaaS firm. A board member of many non-profit organizations, a university, and professional associations, he is also an author writing for the financial services industry, along with a variety of articles and columns. Norman is currently retired; and has his focus on consumer fairness, scaling of successful non-profits, and consulting non-profits.
