Karen Howlett has been an active member of Keiretsu Northwest since 2018. She has experience as a corporate executive and entrepreneur, involved in the buying and selling of dozens of businesses. She has participated in several due diligence reports and is currently working as CFO for one of her investments and Keiretsu Capital company – Joylux Inc. Karen has been a member of the Term Sheet committee since the very first in-person meeting and will be speaking this week regarding cap tables and term sheets.
